NEW YORK — Penthouse Forum celebrates its latest issue on Monday, Nov. 10 with “Bedroom Burlesque,” a cabaret show at The Slipper Room in New York City’s Lower East Side. The two-act presentation honors the cover story “Bedroom Burlesque: How to Strip for Him (and Her!)” written by Jo Weldon, internationally recognized burlesque expert and Headmistress of The New York School of Burlesque. Weldon will also serve as hostess for the evening.
NYSB instructors Calamity Chang, Julie Atlas Muz, Perle Noire, Pinkie Special and Veronica Varlow will dazzle the crowd with routines inspired by Weldon’s article as well as Forum’s legacy as America’s original erotica magazine. As an extra treat, Penthouse Pets Tasha Reign, featured in the article, and Allie Haze, cover model for the current issue of The Girls of Penthouse, will perform campy, sexy readings of Forum letters. Admission is $10 and includes a free issue of both Penthouse Forum and The Girls of Penthouse.
