Curvy beauty Kelly Shibari meets fans at the 2nd Annual NightMoves FanFest, taking place at the Downtown Tampa Hilton Saturday, October 12, from 2 to 7 p.m.
“I always love meeting my fans in person, especially those I know through social media,” says Kelly Shibari. “I’m so happy NightMoves brought back FanFest. Last year was an absolute blast, and I’m looking forward to meeting my Central Florida fans again this Saturday!”
The plus-size Japanese-Irish beauty is nominated for Best BBW Performer at the 21st Annual NightMoves Awards, held October 14. The performer, director, and producer’s 2012 offering, Kelly Shibari Is Overloaded, is also nominated for Best BBW Release.
NightMoves FanFest will also include a flat-screen TV giveaway raffle, donated by Bare Assets Gentlemen’s Club, and a ‘Wheel of Porn’ roulette giveaway for DVDs. A local talent bikini contest, with a cash prize of $1000, is sponsored by 2001 Odyssey Gentlemen’s Club and will provide entertainment for attendees during FanFest. The entire FanFest afternoon is sponsored by Clips4Sale and Deja Vu Showgirls, which will also have promotional items at the event.
The NightMoves Awards, started in 1993, is the third oldest, continuously running, adult awards show in the United States, trailing only the AVN Awards and the XRCO Awards. The NightMoves Awards were the first to allow fans to select the winners, making it the original Fan Based Awards, as well as the first awards show to allow on-line voting.
The popular Asian BBW performer and PaddedKINK.com director/producer was honored with a BBW Performer of the Year award at the 2013 EXXXOTICA Fanny Awards. Shibari’s BBW site, PaddedKINK.com, was honored at the 2011 Feminist Porn Awards. Her self-titled, self-produced, and self-marketed DVD, Kelly Shibari is Overloaded, was nominated for XBIZ and AVN awards, as well as a Feminist Porn Award for the DVD and its marketing campaign.
The NightMoves Awards are more than a one-night awards show — it is a fun-filled, exciting, ultra-busy weekend that includes a “Caravan Of Stars” events at local night clubs and multiple radio appearances. In addition, fans will be able to meet and interact with performers such as Kelly Shibari at the NightMoves Fan Fest, where stars sign autographs and take photos.
